Italian military bicycle from 20s, designed specifically for chaplains. That's why the frame could be converted to "ladies" shape by mounting the top tube in lower position. It's a very comfortable bike, with shock absorbers and two gears to choose in rear wheel. Instead of brand name it was labeled with regiment's number: unfortunately the original badge is not preserved.
