Otto-Werke GmbH was a German manufacturer of motorcycles and automobiles. The company was founded in 1918 in Munich by Gustav Otto, son of famous Nicolaus August Otto, who developed the compressed charge internal combustion engine.

In 1921 Otto-Werke GMBH introduced a four-stroke 1HP auxiliary engine for bicycles, and by 1924 they marketed a motorcycle named Flottweg. In years 1928-1930 this motorcycle was sold as Otto. In 1924 and 1925 Otto cars were produced. The company existed till 1932.
