Helyett was a French company established in 1919 by Picard brothers, producing motorcycles in years 1926-1955. Before war Helyett built several interesting machines up from 100 cc, including V-twins with longitudinal crankshaft mounting. After war it built light motorbikes and mopeds until mid-50s. For more information, see Helyett 1936.
